Positive: Easy instructions, spacious, updated location close to many easily accessible spots. The bathrooms and kitchen are very nice and updated. Beds are comfortable:

Negative: One cupboard door was loose by the bathroom. I fixed it. Really nothing else.

Summary: Spacious, quaint place slide to everything.
