If you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a tranquil location, then look no further. This south-facing villa is perfect for a romantic getaway or family holiday. Situated so close to the sea that you can hear the waves, this luxurious villa is spacious, beautifully furnished and prepared to the highest standard. It is just a short walk away from the local restaurant and stunning coves. Slightly further away (2km), you will find Peniscola’s award winning beaches, harbour, castle, supermarkets and an array of tasty restaurants. However, there is no need to leave as the villa comes with an 8m x 4m private swimming pool, Sky TV, Wifi and a gas BBQ in the walled courtyard garden, which makes staying in just as appealing as going out. If you are heading out for the day, we provide a range of extras for you, including beach parasols, a cool box and more.

- Your 8m x 4m private heated swimming pool has a depth of 1.4 and is perfect for families. Pool inflatables and toys are available.
*The swimming pool is operational all year. The pool heater is "optional" for guests between October and March. An extra fee of €150/£125 per week is applicable to cover heating costs. Please confirm when booking. It has a full surround non-slip tiled terrace, solar heated poolside shower and night-lights. To swim in your own pool 26.c- 30.c during the cooler months is perfect for a winter-sun holiday.
- Beach parasols, mats, bag, chairs and a cool box for your trips away from the villa are provided.
- We also have a baby cot, highchair, stairgate, Tommee Tippee microwave steriliser and baby monitor all available on request at time of booking.
- There is a detached garage available with extra space outside the front door for parking.

We are a family owned Company based in the UK. Our aim is to provide quality accommodation to suit all budgets. We have purchased properties in destinations that remain largely undiscovered by UK tourists but offer spectacular beaches, sites of historical interest and incredible places to eat and drink with an emphasis on local food and culture.
We have 2 beautiful villas located on the same street in Peniscola. The booking process will be managed from our UK office where we will be on hand to answer any queries. Its not always possible but our aim is to be available from 7 AM to 9 PM.
We have put together a fantastic local team in Peniscola to assist you during your stay. We will provide contact numbers for emergencies ...or perhaps you just want a restaurant recommendation for dinner? We will do our best to make sure you have a wonderful holiday.
Getting there

- Train station: Benicarlo / Peniscola 6 km

The main airports are:
- Castellon 30 mins.
- Reus 1hr.
- Valencia 1.20mins.
- Barcelona 2 hrs.
- Girona 3hrs.
Flights are available from Stansted and Bristol to the nearby Castellon airport. From here it's a 30 minute drive to the villa. On leaving the airport there is a choice of toll road or A road, the toll road is slightly quicker and with virtually no traffic on. Castellon airport is very quiet which helps to keep stress levels down and, if the flights suit, we would certainly recommend using it.
The next alternative is Reus airport which is approx. 1 hr away.
There are numerous flights from the UK to Valencia airport. This is approx 1hr 20 mins but with a straightforward journey using the toll road. This is where most of our guests fly into.
Slightly further out is Barcelona, which is a 2.5 hour drive down the coast. This is more popular with our continental guests.
Getting around
Although not essential we would recommend hiring a car, which is cheap and easy in Spain. The villa is situated a couple of km's from the main town. The volume of traffic is much lower than in the UK so inexperienced drivers should not be put off. Should you choose not to hire a car there are numerous taxis and a bus service runs past the villa in the summer months. Bike hire is available in the town and there are some wonderful routes through the nearby national park.
A five-minute stroll will take you to the peaceful and scenic coves and to the start of the stunning Serra D'Irta natural park or a few minutes further on to our local restaurant with excellent TripAdvisor reviews and always a warm welcome for our family, friends and guests.
Peniscola called "The City in the Sea" is just 2 km away with its golden sandy award winning beaches, water sports, shops, restaurants, working fishing harbour & market and the must see 14th Century castle and setting for the 'Game of Thrones' series 6.
The nearby train station of Benicarlo/Peniscola operates direct to Barcelona. This takes 2 hours and costs approx €60 should you wish to explore this lovely city.
