Positive: Amazing location, the double room is nice, good shower and the ground floor apartment had a good kitchenette. We had a lot of problems on arrival but the owner was helpful.

Negative: I had booked the ground floor apartment as I was travelling with my elderly mother. On arrival I was told we had been moved into the one above which was ‘nicer’. I had also asked in June for bedding for the sofa bed. In the upstairs apartment there was only a stained sheet on the sofa bed, the fridge was unplugged and mouldy and the kitchen was not too clean. The owner offered me the use of an even more upstairs apartment for the night which was nice and that was ok except I left my mother downstairs and she could not make the toilet flush. Water to the cistern had been switched off. The next day we moved down to the original ground floor apartment which was fine. The sofa bed is in the lounge/kitchen and there is no door to this room. If we hadn’t experienced being moved into an apartment that was not really prepared for us I would have give this a score in the 8s
