Summary: Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend We booked a city view room, but were placed on the lowest floor with no view at all. It was quite difficult to explain that the room we received didn’t match what we had booked, and instead of resolving the issue, they asked us to pay extra. The room itself was in poor condition. The shower stall had visible mold and was honestly quite disgusting. Even worse, there was a persistent sewer smell coming from the bathroom that made the entire room unpleasant. Every time we entered, the odor was overwhelming. Ultimately, we decided to check out early because the smell was unbearable even though they did not refund the leftover itinerary. Definitely not the experience we expected.
