Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The ranch is located in a rural area which we liked. The stewards of the ranch only speak Spanish, but were nice as well as the people in the village. The accommodation itself is very spacious, but the interior is very traditional. We were especially fond of the two hunting dogs which were very affectionate. The kitchen is well equipped albeit a bit outdated even with a washing machine and deepfreeze. Stuff like plates, cutlery, salt, herbs, oil, cloths, cleaning products you do not have to bring yourself. All in all we liked our stay, but there are some drawbacks.

Negative: The swimming pool is very basic and not very clean. The airconditioning is a bit difficult to grasp, but with help from some Youtube video's we managed to control it and it worked well. The beds and bath rooms are outdated. The showers provided hot water, but the shower head needs to be kept in your hand and cannot hang on the wall. Due to the vicinity of a stable with horses we had to deal with many gadflies who bite a lot during daytime.
