Positive: Nice hotel with ski in/out facilities. There was very heavy snow the week we were staying which made it quite difficult to get in and out of the hotel into the village. The pedestrian access from the hotel to the village is very steep and with heavy snow it made it quite challenging to navigate. There is a longer route along the vehicle road route but this is also difficult. Rooms were a good size, and the spa a pool facilities were good - although pool temperature was a little cold. Ski shop onsite which was really handy to hire skis. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: Access on foot to the town was difficult in heavy snow conditions Pool was too cold
