Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff and not far from the centre. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. Generally, good breakfast and dinner. Lots of welcome discounts (e.g welcome drink, use of massage services etc) Free mini bar everyday. They also had organised a tour of the poet Pesoa but we didn't get to go.

Negative: The spa and the gym were very basic. I didn't try the massage services so I can't comment on that.
