Positive: Really enjoyed the room service options, and the hotel overall was peaceful and quiet—except for two nights when the neighbors were drunk and screaming at 3 a.m. as if it were the middle of the day, making it quite disruptive.

Negative: Aside from the noisy neighbors and their dog, everything was good—though the lack of air conditioning (due to the winter season) meant we had to keep the windows open, which added to the noise. Next time, we’ll make sure to book a hotel with proper air conditioning, even in winter, like others we’ve stayed at during our time in Madrid.
