Individual house of 150 m2 located 500 meters from Platja de Pals. Built on two floors that lead us to a summer living room-kitchen. On this porch we can enjoy in good company ,front of the private pool.
Through a small flight of stairs we go down to the first floor of the house. There we find:
- Entrance with office area. Kitchen with the basic elements. Toilet. Dining room and terrace with sea views.
Down stairs we find:
- Garden area with private pool.
- Double room with bath-shower room.
- Double room with air conditioning with access to the garden area.
- Double room.
- Single room with bathroom -shower and access to the porch.
- Large bathroom with shower.
On this floor we access a garden area with sea views. Private pool and porch converted into a practical summer dining room. Summer kitchen. Barbecue.
In garage: washer and dryer (no option to parkcars) Free parking outside the property.
