Located in the northwest of Corsica, on the Balanin territory of LISULA, the high-end para-hotel residence Madrale welcomes you in the village of Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, a preserved and warm holiday destination. Situated on the mountain side of the village in the Nature 2000 zone "Reginu Valley", the residence overlooks the Reginu plain, the E Cotule lake, and the entire Balanine mountain range, all just 10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Balagne and L'Ile-Rousse.
We wanted an intimate residence with discreet luxury and high-quality services where the calm combined with the surrounding nature will make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. A villa and two high-end apartments with a capacity to accommodate 18 people make up our tree-lined property, blending endemic, exotic, and Mediterranean species. While we have reserved a private space for each accommodation, we have also wanted common living spaces with a large swimming pool (10x5m), a meeting and conviviality area near the water with a coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator available. A multi-game space for everyone (pétanque court...). A gym and a sauna will also be at your disposal free of charge.
Totally independent, it occupies the entire first level of the building with an area of 165m² and can accommodate up to 8 people in optimal comfort. It consists of:
Two air-conditioned suites with Queen Size beds, LED TVs, shower room, toilet and dressing room

- An air-conditioned bedroom with Queen size bed, LED TV and dressing room
- A shared shower room and toilet
- A laundry room
- A modern kitchen open to the living room and dining area with two large bay windows overlooking the 30m² south-facing terrace (wrought iron pergola with coconut canvas) offering you a majestic view with changing colours depending on the time of day, which you will find hard to do without. The terrace has a dining area with garden furniture, plancha and an aperitif corner like a bar terrace.
