The White Lion Weston is a 17th-century country inn with 17 en-suite rooms, the 1652 restaurant and a traditional bar, five minutes from junction 16 of the M6 and about 2.5 miles from Crewe station. Rooms range from cosy standard doubles to classic king rooms and two suites with sleigh beds, lounge areas and bath-and-shower en-suites. Every room has fast, free Wi-Fi. A desk with a lamp, a flat-screen TV and a hospitality tray, and breakfast is included. Hotel breakfast starts at 7am on weekdays and 8am at weekends, so it suits early starts as well as lazy mornings. We’re staffed around the clock, so late arrivals are never a problem. Parking is free on site, and there are two EV chargers. Food is served from 12 noon to 9pm Monday to Saturday and 12 noon to 7pm on Sunday, with pizza night on Mondays, pie night on Wednesdays and burger night on Thursdays and a Sunday roast. Guests staying on a Sunday night receive their roast dinner free of charge. VAT receipts and invoices in your company’s name are available on request. At weekends there is a large garden for warmer evenings and a number of dog-friendly rooms. Crewe Hall, Nantwich and several golf courses are a short drive away, and Alton Towers is 30 miles.
