Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Each and every single staff of Icon Narindra is simply exceptional. From the security personnel to housekeepers, receptionists, managers....they were simply giving wonderful, fantastic service. I was greeted by everyone, Every time I leave or returned to the hotel, they were ever so attentive and ready to assist with my luggage but I didn't want them to help as its heavy, I usually like to handle my luggages myself, this way, I can skip the gym. All the housekeepers were ever so polite, they would not take the lift with guests till I insist them to come in & share the lift with me on the way up/down. Without me asking, the housekeepers would spot my hand carrying a small bag of trash and immediately they came over to me and offered to dispose it away on my behalf. This happened on 3 occasions. The manager, a lady was warm and hospitable, personally showing the way to my room and give me and my wife, an introduction to the hotel's facilities. Every time my wife and I took the lift down, the receptionist would greet us with enthusiasm and offer their services such as universal adaptors/housekeeping services or the complimentary in-house "tuk tuk" transport service, I marvel at this "on-demand" tuk tuk service. It never failed me throughout my stay. The security officer who also doubled up as the "tuk tuk captain" was extremely courteous and a wonderfully strong man. He had no complaints and was all smiles whenever he was summoned to transport hotel guests. At 1 time, he was having a meal break, my wife and I came requesting for the transport service. He immediately stop drinking his coffee and offered to give me a lift. My wife and I had to "violently" insist that he take his time to finish his meal break before resuming work and he only took 3 mins to finish his hot coffee and "forced" us to believe that he is ready for work. I felt so guilty to interrupt his break.
